Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a finance professional to join a respected not-for-profit organisation north of the Adelaide CBD on a 3-month contract. The role focuses on Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, and providing support to the wider finance team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will maintain client accounts, process payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end activities. Prior experience in not-for-profit or aged care sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Trust Accounts preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and attention to detail.
• Experience with finance systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate account maintenance.
• Supporting accounts receivable activities, including payment processing and follow-up.
• Performing regular account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account enquiries.
• Assisting with month-end finance activities and reporting.
• Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Trust Accounts, or a similar finance role.
• Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within aged care, healthcare, or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
