Water Corporation in Leederville, WA, invites a permanent leadership professional to manage asset handover and requirements for our asset investment program. You will report to the Manager - Asset Management Services and lead a team to deliver critical services.

You will have an engineering background with delivery experience in water assets, strong leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities to drive positive outcomes for our diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in planning, design, acquisition or operational delivery of assets.
• Knowledge of asset acquisition processes; water/wastewater infra desirable.
• Strong leadership and ability to build and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering critical asset handover products and requirements management functions.
• Plan, manage and prioritise team schedules in line with business expectations and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure high-quality products and services meeting business needs.
• Foster a high‑performance culture prioritising collaboration and customer satisfaction.
