About the Role
JBS Caroona is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Reliability Coordinator to provide leadership across maintenance, asset performance, and operational reliability. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, this role is responsible for driving maintenance strategies that maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime, while ensuring site infrastructure, resources, and maintenance activities are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.
Working closely with operational teams, the successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, oversee planning and execution through SAP, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that support production outcomes and long-term asset reliability.
