JBS Caroona is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Reliability Coordinator to provide leadership across maintenance, asset performance and operational reliability. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, this role is responsible for driving maintenance strategies that maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime, while ensuring site infrastructure, resources and maintenance activities are managed safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
Working closely with operational teams, the successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, oversee planning and execution through SAP, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that support production outcomes and long-term asset reliability.

With a licensed capacity of 28,000 head, access to an extensive network of quality cattle and ideally placed between the Riverina & Beef City plants, Caroona is a vital asset in the supply of grain fed cattle for both the JBS Queensland and New South Wales based processing facilities. The farm supplies the grain, silage and hay required for the cattle in the feedlot.
