We're looking for someone with experience in building maintenance and minor construction projects who can manage contractors, coordinate multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. You'll have strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, a sound understanding of building legislation and maintenance practices, confidence using asset management systems and a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Please note: Candidates are required to address the Key Selection Criteria outlined in the Position Description as part of their application.

About you
