Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 5+ years in RAM/RCM/LORA, and are able to translate requirements into actionable specifications while ensuring safety, governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• RAM and FMECA experience with 5+ years in engineering projects.
• Experience with Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
• Ability to translate system needs into clear engineering specifications.
• Sound engineering judgment in regulatory environments and safety.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead asset optimisation activities, including stakeholder supervision and alignment with schedules.
• Drive continuous improvements to reliability, availability and maintainability.
• Monitor progress, resolve delays, and manage at-risk tasks.
• Identify risks with Engineering Manager and implement mitigations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop maintenance improvements.
• Collaborate to refine designs, maintenance strategies, and cost-effective cases.
• Ensure governance and documentation standards are met while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
