UGL Pty Limited is seeking an Asset Management Systems Engineer to oversee the lifecycle management of physical assets used in project delivery and Through Life Support (TLS). The role coordinates asset configuration across design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance to optimise performance and enable informed decision-making by the Engineering Manager.

The ideal candidate has tertiary engineering qualifications, 5+ years in rail/construction, and ideally

Qualifications

Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or equivalent (mandatory).
Accreditation as Chartered Professional Engineer (desirable).
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the rail or construction industry.

Responsabilités

Assist the Engineering Manager with compliance of the documentation required under the UGL Asset Management (AM) system.
Review and plan works in accordance with the AM system and the Rail & Technology Systems business framework, or as guided by the Engineering Manager.
Ensure technical aspects of the job are clear and become familiar with contractual arrangements made with our clients/internal stakeholders.
Maintain oversight of the Asset Performance portfolio from a project delivery/pipeline viewpoint while maintaining an open approach to all problems.
Provide a focal point for all queries for associated subcontractors / suppliers supporting the Project Team.
Liaise with the clients on engineering and design related items to ensure scopes are clearly defined and understood.
