Richmond Valley Council invites applications from detail-oriented, proactive professionals to join our team in Casino. The primary role is to deliver a high standard of service in inspection, analysis, triage and condition assessment of Council's infrastructure assets.

You will record findings, prioritise and manage them in line with asset management procedures, maintenance schedules and budgets. This full-time position offers a 70-hour fortnight and a salary range of $72,987 to $83,933 plus 12%

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented, proactive with safety-first focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to adapt to change and work autonomously or in a small team.
• Experience with asset management procedures is beneficial.
