Job summary

Richmond Valley Council is seeking an Asset Inspector to deliver high-quality inspection, analysis, triage and condition assessment of council infrastructure assets. The role is full-time with a 70-hour fortnight and a salary range of $72,987 to $83,933 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, safety-first professional with strong communication skills, able to work in a small team or autonomously, contributing to asset management procedures and budget

About the role

The primary purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of service in the inspection, analysis, triage and condition assessment of Council's infrastructure assets, ensuring all findings are accurately recorded, prioritised, and managed in accordance with Councils asset management procedures, maintenance schedules and budget allocations.

Full time: 70 hour fortnight

Salary: Range from $72,987 to $83,933 pa + 12% superannuation
