Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment bookings and sessions aligned to DFR Recruiting Operations priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of targets and pipelines to schedule candidates accordingly.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders for a one-team candidate experience.
• Monitor compliance of assessment sessions and continuously improve candidate experience.
