Job summary

Metalflex, part of the Reece group, is seeking personnel to support the Coopers Plains branch in Brisbane. You will assist engineers, project managers and tradespeople by ensuring product availability and smooth branch operations, while delivering friendly customer service.

Typical duties include assembling products, picking and packing orders, processing paperwork, and occasional customer deliveries in a company vehicle. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or warehousing in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and good attitude.
• A clean, valid drivers licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using common hand tools.
• Pick and pack of orders and processing paperwork.
• Deliver products to customers in a company vehicle.

About The Role

As part of the team in Coopers Plains, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Will Involve

• Assembly of products - using common hand tools
• Picking / packing of product and systems orders and processing of paperwork
• Customer deliveries in a company vehicle
• Accurately processing orders and provide updates on stock level
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe

• Has previous experience in assembly or warehousing and enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Might not have experience in this space but is willing to learn and has a good attitude.
• A clean, valid drivers licence.
