Job summary

All Fab QLD is seeking new team members to join our shutter assembly department. We provide full on‑the‑job training and operate in a collaborative factory environment. This casual role offers a structured workflow and clear tasks within a growing business.

You will work in a small design and production team with support from factory and office staff, with progression opportunities as we near new factory premises in 2026. Based on 38 hours weekly, Fridays finish at 1:30pm.

• Select specific lightweight components from drawings.
• Quality checking painted and assembled items.
• Building fixed and operable shutter kits.
• Wrapping and labelling items for despatch.
• Organising all kit elements for collection and loading by installers.

All Fab Qld & Balcony Shutters Australia is recruiting in line with continued growth.

We are seeking new members of staff to work within our shutter assembly department.

Full training can be given on the job in shutter assembly.

The role involves but not limited to: -

Select specific lightweight components from drawings.

Quality checking painted and assembled items.

Building fixed and operable shutter kits

Wrapping and labelling items for despatch.

Organising all kit elements for collection and loading by installers.

This role would suit any hardworking, mature individual. The work is not particularly heavy, but methodical and with attention to detail.

You will work as part of a small team within a much bigger team with the support of both factory and office staff.

There is potential to progress to other areas of the business as the company looks forward to the completion of new Factory premises in 2026. People with the right aptitude will also have the opportunity to convert to full time.

The positions are initially casual and rates dependent on experience and ability. Based on 38hrs a week, 1.30pm finish Fridays.
