Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking detail-driven Assemblers for aerospace components. You’ll work in a cleanroom, assemble and inspect parts to the highest quality, and operate production equipment with precision.

The role requires 1+ year manufacturing experience, ability to use microscopes for long periods, and fluency in English. Competitive hourly pay with a strong benefits package and a retention bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred).
• Experience in a cleanroom environment with PPE.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven Assemblers who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Shift, Compensation & Bonus:

• Shifts: All shifts available

• Day shift: 5a-4p (Mon-Thurs) or 6a-7p (Fri-Sun)

• Evening shift: 3p-2a (Mon-Thurs) or 6p-6:30a (Fri-Sun)

• Pay Rate : $25-28/hour

• Retention Bonus of $3,000!

• $1,000 paid at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days and $1,000 at 90 days

What You’ll Do Every Day

As an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter:

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards

• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment

• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts

• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers

• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data

What You Must Have

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)

• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment , including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet

• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time

• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) and computer literacy

• Ability to meet ITAR/US Persons requirement

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
