Stripe is recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its Sydney-based team. You will connect prospective customers with Stripe, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to build a predictable pipeline.

The first months include a Sales Development Associate program with mentorship and hands-on onboarding. You will engage prospects via cold calls, emails and social channels, qualify interest, and set up meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through cold-calling, email, and social channels.
• Book meetings with prospects and pitch Stripe products.
• Develop relationships to uncover business needs and hand off to sales.
• Create outreach materials for high-value prospects.
• Execute outbound sales outreach and target segments.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain a warm pipeline.
• Updating CRM and reporting in Salesforce to support weekly updates.
• Provide feedback to Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
