Job summary

Ironbark Financial Group in Newcastle is seeking an Associate to deliver exceptional client service while supporting Advisers as you progress toward your Professional Year in becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

You will provide compliant, accurate administration and engage with clients both face to face and via other channels, helping keep client data up to date in our systems. The role offers development and learning opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Financial Planning either completed or in final year of study.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of exceptional service to clients while supporting Advisers as you move toward completing your Professional Year.
• Provide efficient, compliant, and accurate administration to deliver quality support to clients.
• Proactive interaction with clients and team to keep information up to date in client management database and client records.
• Join client meetings with Newcastle Advisers to understand client needs and support preparation of financial advice.
