Job summary

Ironbark Financial Group in Newcastle is seeking an Associate to deliver exceptional client service while supporting Advisers as you progress toward your Professional Year in becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

You will provide compliant, accurate administration and engage with clients both face to face and via other channels, helping keep client data up to date in our systems. The role offers development and learning opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Financial Planning either completed or in final year of study.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Provide a wide range of exceptional service to clients while supporting the Advisers as you move towards completion of your Professional Year in becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

Provide efficient, compliant, and accurate administration to deliver quality support to the clients.

Proactive interaction both face to face and via other forms of communication with clients and team members to ensure all necessary information is up to date and current in client management database and in client account records.

Join client meetings with the Newcastle Advisers, learning about the client needs and then completing tasks associated with preparation of financial advice.
