Randwick City Council is seeking an Arts Programs Lead to join its Arts & Culture Team within the Culture and Place unit. You will develop and deliver diverse programs, exhibitions and events aligned with the Arts & Culture Strategy.
You will facilitate access to Council spaces, strengthen local arts networks and drive community engagement across a range of creative initiatives.

Status: Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: $112,422 to $129,285 per annum + 12% Superannuation

The Arts Programs Lead is part of a dedicated and passionate Arts and Culture team within the Culture and Place business unit. The Arts Programs Lead plays a key role in supporting and fostering the development and delivery of diverse creative programs, spaces and initiatives in alignment with Randwick Council’s Arts & Culture Strategy.
