Job summary

Thomas More College is seeking an internal Learning Leader – Arts (POR 2) to guide the Arts Learning Area across Drama, Music and Visual Arts. This leadership role oversees curriculum, pedagogy and assessment to foster student creativity, achievement and engagement.

As the Learning Leader, you will work with staff to implement data-informed planning, curriculum mapping and innovative practices. You will model collaborative leadership and improve outcomes for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Arts Learning Area including Drama, Music and Visual Arts; oversee curriculum, pedagogy and assessment to drive excellence.
• Lead curriculum development, data-informed planning, and continuous improvement to enhance student outcomes across all learners.
