• Commitment to evidence-based teaching, student wellbeing and continuous professional growth.
• Willingness to contribute to college life through performances, events and commmunity engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and contemporary Music curriculum programs that promote student participation, achievement and creativity.
• Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with curriculum requirements and College expectations.
• Differentiate learning experiences to meet the needs of diverse learners and support student success.
• Create and maintain positive, inclusive and safe learning environments that encourage student engagement and wellbeing.
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress using a variety of assessment strategies.
• Develop positive and productive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to the College's co-curricular music program, including performances, concerts, liturgies and community events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
• Participate actively in professional learning and ongoing development opportunities.
