Keysborough Secondary College seeks an experienced Domain Leader to drive curriculum across Years 7–12 and align with Department of Education priorities. You will lead teaching teams, develop a coherent scope and sequence, and support staff to raise student outcomes.

You will work within the college’s multi-campus structure, oversee budgets and resources, and model high-impact teaching strategies while fostering equity, wellbeing and student engagement across the Domain.

Qualifikationen

• SC1: Demonstrated expert knowledge of the curriculum and modelling of high-quality literacy and numeracy teaching.
• SC2: Expertise in high-impact teaching strategies and using data to improve student learning growth.
• SC3: Ability to monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.
• SC4: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate with staff, parents and the community.
• SC5: Model Department values and support professional learning.

Aufgaben

• Develop curriculum across Year 7–12 and ensure a comprehensive Scope and Sequence.
• Lead domain meetings and coordinate curriculum documentation.
• Oversee Domain resources, budgets, and reporting.
• Promote high-impact teaching strategies and ICT integration.
• Support staff to deliver engaging, data-informed teaching.
• Contribute to DoE and College priorities including AIP.
