Job summary

Reservoir High School in Melbourne's northern suburbs seeks an Arts/Design and Digital Technologies Domain Manager to oversee the organisation, resourcing and administrative improvement of the Domain’s learning areas—Food Technology, Product Design, STEM, Visual Communications and Art.

As a key ES leader, you will work with the Learning Leader to support learning needs, update asset management, maintain OH&S compliance, and communicate with staff, students and contractors while pursuing ongoing

Responsibilities

• Oversee organisation, ordering and resourcing of each learning area within the Domain.
• Support events, performances and exhibitions in conjunction with the Learning Leader.
• Allocate and distribute resources aligned with each learning area’s curriculum.
• Create and maintain asset registries and conduct annual audits.
• Manage budgets and ordering processes; regular resource auditing.
• Oversee Food Technology Technicians and supervise storage and spaces.
• Maintain regular communication between learning areas, staff, and leaders.
• Participate in termly meetings focused on evaluation and resource effectiveness.
• Establish administrative processes ensuring efficient and consistent Domain operations.
• Follow OH&S procedures and participate in risk management.
