Job summary

Reservoir High School in Melbourne seeks an Arts/Design and Digital Technologies Domain Manager to oversee learning areas including Food Technology, Product Design, STEM, Visual Communications and Art. The role focuses on resourcing, asset management, OH&S compliance and collaboration with the Learning Leader and staff.

You will lead a team, communicate across stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a dynamic school community.

Qualifications

• Requires high-level knowledge and application of organisational and logistical skills to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment and capacity to develop school programs and manage a team of staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across staff, students and contractors and assess initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage organisation, ordering and resourcing of Arts/Design and Digital Technologies learning areas (Food Technology, Product Design, STEM, Visual Communications, Art).
• Oversee OH&S compliance and asset management within the Domain.
• Create and maintain asset registries and conduct annual audits of equipment and resources.
• Budget accountability and ordering processes; supervise Food Technology Technicians; ensure storage spaces are tidy and compliant.
• Communicate with teachers, Curriculum Leaders and Learning Leader; participate in termly meetings; develop administrative processes for efficiency.
