Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor for the Sydney flagship Sephora Pitt St store. The role is seasonal casual with potential to convert to full-time, based in Sydney.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, selling and brand education within a fast-paced retail setting. You will drive sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with store teams while adhering to ABH standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in cosmetic retail sales.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Able to meet KPIs and work peak days (Thu–Sat, Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and upsell to drive loyalty.
• Achieve personal targets and KPIs.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with Sephora IC team.
• Ensure compliance with ABH dress code and brand standards.
• Report daily sales and stock updates.
