Sephora Parramatta is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a fixed-term, casual basis. You will be a key member of the store team, helping customers explore beauty across departments, delivering a memorable shopping experience, and participating in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions.

You’ll join a global luxury beauty retailer with strong training programs, career growth opportunities, and store-wide initiatives including staff discounts and product gifting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail or customer facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teammates.
• Willing to work across late-night and weekend trading times.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
• Provide exceptional customer experience in-store across departments (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness).
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training via online platform and in-store trainers.
