Job summary

PWE Quarry Services in Nyora, VIC is seeking an experienced Dump Truck Operator to join its dynamic team. You will operate articulated dump trucks and support site safety, quality and environmental standards.

You will work with a cohesive team, complete site inductions, SWMS/SOPs, and accurate timesheets. The role offers potential for full-time employment and career progression.

Qualifications

• Artic Dump truck operation ticket required.
• Valid driver's license and White Card.
• Experience working in a quarry environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
• May lead to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards for self and coworkers.
• Report incidents, near misses and hazards immediately to management.
• Maintain punctual start, finish and break times and work in a cohesive team.
• Complete site inductions and sign off on SWMS/SOPs.
• Complete documentation such as timesheets and other required records.
• Attend pre-start meetings and engage with the team to discuss daily targets.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Follow client documentation and requirements.
