Job summary

Salomon is expanding its retail network and seeks an Area Manager to lead and coach store managers across NSW and QLD from Sydney. You will drive results, oversee day-to-day operations, and embody the Salomon spirit while delivering a premium customer experience.

You will recruit, develop and empower teams, implement strategies to boost foot traffic and sales, and partner with merchandising, marketing and operations for consistent performance across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience across store networks.
• Track record of driving commercial performance and KPI delivery.
• Experience developing Store Managers and delivering premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Salomon values and build a team of Store Managers.
• Develop strategies to boost foot traffic, sales, and loyalty across the network.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team for a high-energy environment.
• Oversee operations of new store openings for seamless launches.
• Drive performance and continuous improvement across the store network.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety standards.
