Carers for You in Cairns is growing and we are looking for Area Managers to join our team in Cairns. Want a leadership role that actually offers work-life balance.

We are an expanding home care provider looking for organised, proactive leaders to manage our local clients and support worker rosters. Area Managers will coordinate rosters, interview and onboard new support staff, and solve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar management or coordination role.
• Cert III in Individual Support or similar.
• QLD Driver's Licence, Police Check, First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rosters and match qualified contractors to clients.
• Phone and Zoom interview and onboard new support staff.
• Solve day-to-day operational issues and maintain great client relationships.
