The Weir Group is seeking an Area Manager for Brand Stack Aftermarket to lead aftersales support and growth across Orange, Parkes or Sydney sites with hybrid flexibility. You will drive strategy, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain strong customer relationships while reporting on market performance.

You will collaborate with sales teams, manage CRM data, and participate in budgeting and forecasting for Aftersales.

Formación

• Mechanical trade qualification or engineering background.
• 3–5 years in a similar role in industrial markets.
• 5–7 years direct sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focused aftersales support for Weir equipment and sustain strong spare parts and service business performance.
• Collaborate with Regional and Sales Managers to develop and execute marketing and market growth strategies for the aftermarket.
• Troubleshoot equipment and service issues with up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Regularly measure Total Ownership Costs, market share, growth targets and opportunity gaps.
• Conduct weekly site visits and produce detailed call reports to ensure first-class customer care.
• Support product specialists through joint sales calls and training of key customer personnel.
• Maintain CRM records and support budgeting/forecasting for Aftersales; report weekly on activities and market issues.
• Demonstrate a 100% commitment to safety and world-class safety culture.
