Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer for our Mt Isa Branch. This sales-focused role involves building relationships with trade and industrial customers, offering product guidance, and delivering exceptional service across environments.

You'll understand customers’ requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and support their purchasing journey. A forklift licence is preferred, and experience in industrial or safety products is an advantage.

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to trade and industrial customers

• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising activities
• Operate a forklift safely to move and manage stock as required
• Identify and elevate customer or operational issues when required

The Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Mt Isa Branch team!

This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships with customers, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional service across both trade and industrial environments. Creating a great customer service experience, your ability to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and create a positive customer experience will be key to your success.

This is a full- time permanent opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing
