Job summary

Recruit Collective is seeking an Architectural Graduate to join a design-focused practice on the Gold Coast. You will work across the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure from concept design through documentation, approvals and construction under senior architects and project leaders.

The role offers opportunity to take ownership of projects, build a diverse portfolio across residential and commercial schemes, and develop professional skills within a collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of architectural industry experience
• Strong Revit proficiency and documentation experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of projects from concept design through to construction
• Prepare architectural documentation, detailing and presentation material
• Coordinate with consultants and incorporate consultant information into project documentation
• Assist with Development Applications, Building Approval documentation and statutory submissions
• Participate in site inspections and construction-phase services
• Take ownership of project packages as experience grows
