Job summary

Forum Recruitment partners with a leading architectural practice on the Gold Coast. We are seeking an Architect to join a collaborative design team across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

You will lead smaller project teams, drive design development, and ensure quality and compliance across all phases. The ideal candidate holds ARBV registration, 4–6+ years of postgraduate experience, and strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• ARBV registered architect or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years postgraduate experience across a range of project types.
• Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Suite; strong design and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate small project teams to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes.
• Contribute to design development across all project phases, from concept through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation to meet deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
