Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Design or Architectural Drafting.
• Strong CAD skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in creating tender packages for interior construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organization.
• Interpret plans, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, edit, and revise plans, maps, charts, and drawings.
• Coordinate works programs.
• Inspect work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations, and standards.
• Calculate costs and estimating time scales.
• Collect data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment.
• Perform routine computations and plotting preliminary data.
