Job summary

This hands-on architectural documentation role focuses on turning design intent into clear, coordinated drawings. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle from early design through DA, CC, CDC, tender and construction-stage documentation with autonomy and consultant coordination.

About you: a degree in architecture or building design, 3+ years post-graduate experience, and strong Revit skills (AutoCAD a plus).

Qualifications

3+ years post-graduate experience in architectural documentation.
Experience preparing documentation for approval and construction.
Exposure to commercial, multi-residential, or mixed-use projects.
Working knowledge of NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and NSW planning approvals.
Strong Revit skills preferred; AutoCAD experience also well regarded.

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings and documentation packages for various project types.
Progress DA, CC, CDC, tender, and construction documentation through phases.
Develop functional design responses to site constraints.
Coordinate with consultants and integrate input into the architectural set.
Update drawings to NCC/NSW standards and council comments.
Create presentation material, schedules, details, and drawing amendments as projects evolve.
Partner with the principal designer to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
