Formación

• 4+ years of dedicated development experience in Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate Cloud Flows, and SharePoint data structures.
• Hands-on skill in building AI agents using Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry, integrating Azure AI Search, and configuring prompt guardrails.
• Proven track record building RESTful custom connectors and interacting with ITSM platforms and Azure DevOps APIs.
• Familiarity with solution packaging, environment variables, PAC CLI, and standard deployment pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Canvas App Development: Build primary Canvas Applications for business analyst workspaces and technical review portals.
• Workflow Automation: Develop Power Automate cloud flows to execute deterministic scoring algorithms (urgency, impact, risk, priority, size), manage approval routing, and issue notifications.
• AI Agent Implementation: Build and fine-tune Microsoft Foundry / Copilot Studio agents to perform automated questionnaire pre-filling, gap analysis, and initial drafting of business requirements and SoW artifacts.
• System Integration: Create custom connectors to interface with ITSM APIs for request data write-back and Azure DevOps APIs for work-item creation.
• Testing & Quality Control: Perform prompt tuning, unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

Job Description: Solution Developer (Power Platform & AI) T2 (Digital Platforms/Intelligent Automation - LC NC - PowerPlatform & Copilot Skill Cluster)

Role Overview The Solution Developer will build, configure, test, and deploy the core application components, workflow automations, and AI drafting capabilities for enterprise intelligent automation systems. The developer will implement frontend Canvas Apps for business analyst and stakeholder reviews, Power Automate cloud flows for deterministic scoring logic, and AI agents for automated artifact generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvas App Development: Build primary Canvas Applications for business analyst workspaces and technical review portals.
