Qualifications

• Strong design and technical capability across complex or community-focused projects.
• Experience working collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Sound knowledge of design documentation, Australian Standards, NCC requirements where applicable, and contract administration.
• An interest in design excellence, sustainability and innovation.
• Experience contributing across multiple stages of project delivery.
• Leadership potential, whether mentoring emerging designers or managing larger project teams.

• Leading and contributing to projects across all stages of design and delivery.
• Developing thoughtful design solutions while maintaining strong technical outcomes.
• Coordinating clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Managing design documentation, Australian Standards, NCC requirements and contract administration.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Mentoring emerging Architects and supporting the development of project teams.

The Role

Depending on your level of experience, you will have the opportunity to take greater ownership across design, technical delivery, client relationships and team leadership.

Your involvement may include:

• Leading and contributing to projects across all stages of design and delivery
