Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Draftsperson in Sydney to produce detailed ArchiCAD construction drawings for custom homes, knockdowns, dual occupancies, and house & land packages. You will collaborate with designers, estimators, and the construction team to deliver compliant documents ready for approvals and build commencement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction.
• Experience with ArchiCAD is preferred; other 3D drafting software accepted.
• Strong knowledge of NSW planning regulations and BASIX.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality construction drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD.
• Amend plans and specifications in line with client selections, design changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with design/pre-construction teams to ensure documentation aligns with build and compliance standards.
• Manage plan revisions and updates efficiently to support smooth project progression.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company design standards, council, and NCC regulations.
