Job summary

COMPLETE URBAN is seeking a Senior Draftsperson for its Architecture Team in NSW. You will perform all phases of drafting—from client liaison to documentation—using ArchiCAD and related design tools to deliver sustainable urban design outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with NCC standards and local regulations. Experience with public sector projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in a design/architectural/drafting environment, preferably public domain.
• Tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting.
• Experience with local government projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs and prepare design concepts.
• Prepare documentation from DA to tender and construction drawings.
• Assist with specifications, schedules and sub-consultant coordination.
• Conduct on-site checks for QA and marketing use.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Support client meetings and manage project timelines/budgets.
