Job summary

Summit Open Space Services in Sydney's surroundings offers 10 full-time apprenticeships in Arboriculture, based in St Marys and surrounding suburbs. You'll learn on major tree maintenance and vegetation management contracts while studying towards a Certificate III in Arboriculture, gaining hands-on experience across diverse projects.

You will be mentored by experienced professionals, rotating across sites with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• A current driver's licence (or be working towards obtaining one).
• A White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

We have 10x full-time opportunities available in our Apprenticeship Program based in St Marys and surrounding suburbs working across our major tree maintenance and vegetation management contracts. You'll gain hands on experience while studying towards a Certificate III in Arboriculture, developing the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career in the Tree industry. With exposure to diverse projects and work environments, no two days are the same.

Duties:

As an Apprentice Arborist, you'll work alongside experienced team members while completing your formal training. Duties may include:
