Qualifications

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) (Required) or equivalent.
Current National Police Check (Required).
Working With Children Check (Optional).
Current First Aid & CPR certificates (Required).
Current unrestricted driver’s licence and own car (Required).

Responsibilities

Working within a person-centered environment that respects client rights and needs.
Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic duties.
Assisting with daily errands, companionship and support.
Providing support with social and recreational activities.
Preparing food, feeding clients and assisting with medications.
Observe, care and report changes in health and wellbeing.
Responding to emergency situations.
Weekend and overnight shifts as rostered.
