Shoalhaven City Council is seeking a permanent part-time Leisure Attendant for Bay & Basin Leisure Centre. The role involves delivering aquatic and fitness services, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and outstanding customer care across multiple streams based on your qualifications.

Selected candidates may cover Lifeguard, Learn to Swim, Aquatics Instructor or Fitness roles, with NSW Working with Children requirements and relevant certificates. Applications close 24 November 2026.

Competenze

• Lifeguard duties and safety responsibilities.
• Learn-to-swim instruction prerequisites.
• Fitness/gym/coach related qualifications and ongoing training.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check compliance as required.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality customer service at the Bay & Basin Leisure Centre.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for the community.
