Ballarat City Council in Ballarat invites casual AUSTSWIM qualified teachers of Swimming and Water Safety to join our Aquatics team. You will deliver classes in our Aquatic Education program, teaching children and adults to swim and stay safe around water.

We value positive, energetic, and reliable people who can work as part of a team. Flexible hours cover mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends over a 6-day roster; infant/preschool classes only if qualified.

Qualifications

• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety is required.
• Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Level 2 First Aid and CPR are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes in the Aquatic Education program for children and adults.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members.
• Work as part of the Aquatics team across a 6-day roster.
