Job summary

Skretting is seeking a technical teammate to support salmonid customers and contribute to product lifecycle activities, R&D delivery, and commercial initiatives. You will bridge customer needs with internal teams and help deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will thrive if you have a tertiary qualification in aquaculture or related fields, strong analytical skills, and good communication across functions. Travel to Tasmania is required.

Qualifications

• Formal degree or diploma in aquaculture or related life sciences.
• Strong communication and data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting research, trials, or technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Support salmonid customers while assisting with product lifecycle activities and R&D delivery.
• Analyse fish performance and production data to inform decisions.
• Prepare technical reports and summaries for customers and internal teams.
• Assist with planning, execution of trials, and product improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
