City Venue Management (CVM) in Townsville is seeking enthusiastic Aqua Aerobics Instructors to lead high-energy aqua aerobics classes at Tobruk Memorial Baths, Long Tan Memorial Pool and Kokoda Memorial Pool.

Qualifications

• Aqua Aerobics qualification or Certificate III in Fitness.
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of members.
• A passion for fun, fitness, and creating a welcoming class environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-energy aqua aerobics classes.
• Welcome and support members with a friendly and encouraging attitude.
• Assist members entering the water and outline the class format before starting.
• Prepare fun playlists and update choreography regularly.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience for all participants.
• Attend training workshops and development sessions to maintain and grow your skills.
• Work collaboratively with staff across both facilities.
