Job summary

Compas seeks an APS6 Senior Compliance & Investigations Officer to lead complex compliance reviews and investigations within a major Australian Government regulatory environment, applying risk-based analysis to financial information, identifying non-compliance and supporting high-quality regulatory outcomes. Location: Canberra or Melbourne with flexible work arrangements.

Security clearance required: Baseline.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading financial audits, assurance or comparable compliance activities.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex information and identify issues or risks.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.
