Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an APS5 Systems Analyst for a long-term contract with Services Australia in Canberra. The role involves analysing business processes, translating requirements into ICT solutions, and supporting the design, development and testing of systems.

Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance are required. The selected candidate will document specifications, manage requirements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to improve ICT outcomes in a government

Qualifications

• Experience defining, documenting and managing business and system requirements.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Experience prioritising requirements and managing traceability.
• Ability to review requirements for completeness and handle change requests.
• Experience designing moderately complex software applications and interfaces.
• Ability to contribute to architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate business processes and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and ICT solutions.
• Configure systems to support business outcomes and ICT solutions.
• Support design, development and implementation of ICT solutions.
