Job Q in Australia is seeking an APS5 Data & Reporting Analyst to support national disability initiatives. The role involves extracting and analysing data, building dashboards, and delivering insights across Richmond/Geelong and other national locations.

You will ensure data quality and partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. The position requires strong Excel skills, Power BI experience, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with Power BI or similar tools.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with databases, reporting or case management systems; exposure to data governance or automation tools like Power Query, SQL, VBA or Python is desirable.
