In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll help shape the next generation of technical talent across Sydney Trains. This role will see you provide hands‑on mentoring, coaching and competency-based assessment within the signalling electrical discipline, support the development of contemporary training resources and assessment tools, and work closely with leaders to identify capability needs and create meaningful development opportunities. You'll influence learning outcomes, contribute to workforce planning initiatives and help foster a culture of learning, growth and continuous improvement across the Engineering and Maintenance Branch.

You’ll bring a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering growth, leading to improved competency, safety and performance outcomes across the business.

You're recognised as a trusted technical expert and coach, skilled at mentoring apprentices and employees, facilitating workplace learning and driving capability uplift through practical, hands‑on development.
