Job summary

CMI Hino in Adelaide, SA is offering a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician apprenticeship. You will be trained across routine services, diagnostics and major repairs, learning to maintain and overhaul a wide range of components.

The program includes on-the-job mentoring, in-house training facilities, and opportunities to advance within the CMV Group and Hino Australia dealer network.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed year 11 and/ or Automotive VET studies.
• A current drivers licence.
• Good attention to detail.
• Sound mechanical aptitude.
• A friendly and positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a full range of tasks from routine services and computer diagnostics through to major mechanical repairs.
• Learn to maintain, service, repair and overhaul a wide variety of componentry.
