• Support testing, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation and follow safety practices.

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Coffs and start an exciting career as a Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice. As part of the Lindsay team, you'll work on trailer-based refrigeration systems that play a critical role in keeping Australia's fresh food supply moving. This is more than an apprenticeship. What You'll Be Doing

As a Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice, you'll learn on the job while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You will:

• Assist with servicing, maintaining, and repairing trailer-based refrigeration systems.
• Learn how refrigeration components such as compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators work together.
• Develop fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems.
• Complete maintenance and repair documentation.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Attend TAFE and workplace training as part of your apprenticeship.
