The program enables you to earn while you learn, working alongside skilled tradespeople in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Structured four-year plumbing apprenticeship with on-the-job training.
• Formal study toward a Certificate III in Plumbing.
• Must have Queensland C Class or CA driver’s licence.
• White Card (General Construction Induction).
• Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work.
• Willingness to learn and complete the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of water infrastructure assets.
• Perform labouring and construction activities outdoors.
• Complete job records, timesheets and workplace documentation.
• Follow safe work practices and contribute to safety culture.
• Collaborate with supervisors, tradespeople and team members.
• Learn practical plumbing skills through on-the-job training and study.
